What is North Raleigh Business Center?

North Raleigh Business Center is conveniently located off the 440 Beltline in North Raleigh
and provides fully staffed and equipped office space along with complete business support
and telecommunications services.

 

How is it different from traditional office spaces?

North Raleigh Business Center takes the hassle out of finding office space by providing Individual,
Resident offices and Virtual Offices, with shared services such as receptionist services, conference
rooms, work room, and a business lounge.

 

What agreement lengths do you offer?

North Raleigh Business Center typically offers a 12-month agreement but we do offer flexible terms including 3 months, 6 months, and even month-to-month.

 

What if my office space needs change?

Whether you are moving from a Virtual Office into one of our Resident offices, or looking to move from
a smaller office into one of our larger offices during your agreement, we will work with you to ensure
that the space and services we provide will best serve you so that you can focus on what’s important
– your business.

 

Do I need to furnish my own office?

At North Raleigh Business Center, we give you the flexibility to bring in your own furniture to personalize your office.  We also offer varying, cost-efficient furniture packages for those looking for an instant office.

 

How long will it take to get me up and running in my new office?

Your new office at North Raleigh Business Center is usually up and running in a few days.

 

How are conference rooms booked and how often can I use them?

Resident office and virtual office packages provide you with a complimentary set of hours monthly
or quarterly to be used in conference rooms.  These can be scheduled by contacting the front desk
during regular business hours.

 

What is a virtual office?

Our Virtual Office packages allow you to work from home, at another office, or even in another city
while still presenting the appearance of a physical office in our Center.  With a Virtual Office you still
receive all the same services as a Resident Office client, just without a private office in the center.

 

If I have a Virtual Office, can I still use a physical office sometimes?

Included in your Virtual Office package are conference room hours which can be scheduled in any
one of our conference rooms or day offices, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.

 

How does call forwarding work with a virtual office?

Using the computer software, which is programmed with all client telephone information, we can seamlessly transfer all calls to you whether you’re working in our office or at home without your client ever knowing.

 

What about my mail, packages, and faxes?

Your mail is sorted each day and at the end of each day put into a locked box until you are able to come
and pick it up.  Each time you receive a package or a fax, it is recorded in a daily log and you are notified
to let you know that something has arrived.
